The Sample Safe Valve’s innovated and patented design provides protection against an influx of Carbon Monoxide from the flue sampling point on most boiler installations. With its self-locking valve, testing is a simple and safe process, while the anti-tamper locking nut ensures that the valve cannot be removed once it has been installed.

Simple to install, tamper proof and fitted in seconds
The Sample Safe Valve is as easy to install as changing the cap. In fact, it is only a matter of replacing the cap for the Sample Safe Valve. With its anti-tamper nut, once the Sample Safe Valve has been installed, it is virtually impossible to remove, ensuring the safety of your family and you. The Valve’s self-locking valve prohibits any Carbon Monoxide leaking and can only be depressed when using one of our Sample Safe Analyser Probes.
The Sample Safe Analyser Probe
The Sample Safe Analyser Probe is utilised to test the Carbon Monoxide levels of a boiler fitted with a Sample Safe Valve. The Analyser Probe locks into the Sample Safe Valve and depresses the self-locking valve, ensuring a safe and accurate reading. As this process lessens the outward flow of the gas, Engineers’ exposure to Carbon Monoxide will be greatly reduced.
The Sample Safe App
The Sample Safe App, available for Android and iOS, is both quick and simple to use. Upon downloading the App, the Gas Engineer gives the location of the boiler along with uploading a photo of the installation. With the Gas Engineer’s unique Gas Safe Registration number, we will have a record of the time, date, and job number of each installation. With this information, each installation can be properly monitored and the information easily recalled.
